APPROACH

Turner House is a landmark mixed use building in Bandra, Mumbai's most celebrated cultural neighbourhood, offering luxury Grade A office space in a category otherwise defined by generic glass towers. Designed by Procter and Matthews Architects, the development brings fourteen floors of boutique office suites above three levels of prestigious retail, built around the part restoration of an existing nineteenth century bungalow. Given the building's location on Turner Road and its Anglo Indian heritage inspired design, we named the property Turner House, letting the identity grow directly out of the architecture rather than sitting apart from it.

The visual identity took its cues from these same architectural elements, resulting in a heritage inspired logo paired with a modern vintage logotype that felt equally at home in a historic Bandra bungalow and a contemporary Grade A office. This framework extended into a high touch materiality across every piece of communication, from the brochure and digital assets to the website and content built for channel partners, giving the building a single, holistic storytelling approach. The result is a commercial property that tells its own story with the same distinction as its architecture, unlike anything else in the category.
