APPROACH
FIND, Design Fair Asia, is a three day furniture, design and interiors showcase held in Singapore, bringing together over 500 leading brands under one roof. The event is organised by the Daily Mail Group in partnership with Fiera Milano, the team behind Salone del Mobile, Milan's iconic furniture fair. Our brief was to rework the platform's navigation and information architecture for two very different audiences, exhibitors evaluating the fair as a business opportunity, and visitors planning their day on the show floor.
We simplified the user journeys end to end, restructured content hierarchy for faster decision making, and rebuilt key conversion paths to reduce friction at every sign up and enquiry point. The result is a system that scales cleanly across devices and content updates, giving the FIND team a platform that is as easy to maintain as it is to navigate.
